Enhancements

• Include your issue directly in your zli send-logs command. When you use zli send-logs, you can now include a description of the issue you are facing using the --issue flag. For example, this may look like zli send-logs --all myServer --issue 'I am having trouble connecting to myServer db instance'.

Fixes

• Connecting to web targets. Resolved an issue that could disrupt a user's ability to connect to their web target due to a shared http handler.
